Every consented lead that converts earns commission. Refer other retail partners. To bring in new partners full time, become a field agent.

Three Ways to Work with mBenki

Retail partner (official title: Smart Agent). You run a shop, kiosk, booth or mobile money point, or you sell to followers online. Capture what your customers need in mBenki Pro, the app finds the fitting loan or insurance from our partner institutions, and you earn commission when a lead converts.

Field agent (official title: Smart Champion). You are out in your community every day, finding shop owners, traders and mobile money agents and helping them join as retail partners. You do not manage them; you earn from the activity of the retail partners you bring in.

Team lead (official title: Smart Coordinator). You lead mBenki in your town: you recruit and run a team of field agents, keep your town's retail partners active and report to the mBenki team each week. A desire to lead matters more than past management experience.

Commission Is Paid on Outcomes

You earn when a lead you submitted converts. Commission is set per product by the partner institution and shown in the app before you submit. Agents can also earn through the wallet integrated with mBenki Pro.
